•  The Late Shri Bhanji Monji Shah founded Simplex in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh in 1941 as a unit manufacturing Agricultural Implements, Steel Structure & Casting.


•  In the 1950’s, with the decision of Government of India to construct India’s first One Million Ton capacity Public Sector Steel Plant at Bhilai, Simplex moved to Bhilai to be closely    associated with the building of the Steel Plant at Bhilai.


•  Simplex continued to be associated with the operation and expansion of and other SAIL Plants by way of manufacture and supply of critical spares including import substitution    activities, components & equipment.


•  Hailling from engineering background with over 60 years of manufacturing experience in steel fabrication and casting;
     Simplax has now forayed into Precast Prefab based construction methodology and is quickly earing its leadership in the constrution industry though product superiority, technical    expertise and dedication to customer service.


•  Simplex Prefab's State of Art manufacturing facility spread acres 24 acres in khopoli(off Mumbai-Pune expressway) is ideally located to serve the growing demands of Mumbai and    Pune real estate sector. The factory's latest technology and production techniques offer a diverse range of high quality precast concrete components.


•  Simplex's Technical Cum Joint Venture partner from Finland, M/S Betonimestarit is one of the largest precast concrete elements manufacture & erector with 6 plants in Finland &    Sweden serving across Scandinavia.
